    Pros

    Lennox takes care of its customers. They are always a step ahead of the competition in innovation. Excellent in branding.

    Cons

    Management motivational skills are lacking. Leadership is lacking in lower management. More focus on the employees and bringing up overall morale.

    Advice to Management

    Bring a positive attitude to work daily and compliment your team daily.

    Pros

    2014 we worked 4 days at 10 hours. Had one 10 minute break before 30 minute lunch and one 10 minute break after lunch.

    Cons

    Starting January 2015. We work 5 days,8 hours a day. With only 1 break after 4 hours. 20 minutes in length. Most weeks are 7 days scheduled. Sunday is not optional. Many employees have quit. And we are not to the busy season yet.

    Advice to Management

    Return to 4 days at 10 hours. And show employees you care by giving a morning and afternoon break time. And $2 across board pay increase.

    Pros

    Full of opportunities .. family business which is transforming in the last 5 years.
    Need for change.
    Freedom to explore & fail.. no questions asked.

    Cons

    Freedom without responsibility/ accountability.. Leaders are just speakers with no bias for action. Managers just play second fiddle.
    Laid back culture & conservative.
    No strategy in place.. IT or any teams.. Old fashioned & no challenge to change,
    Filled with consultants who have made LII their home.. so more speaking & less action.
    India is supposed to be a Manufacturing & Technology center but emerging more as a time pass center. No career growth opportunities..
    Less work & more personal balance.

    Advice to Management

    Leverage talent.. look beyond the share price & top line growth.
    Act on feedback given.. it makes a difference to the organization, teams & for yourself too.
    Check the pulse of what's happening within the organization.
    See if the culture is enabling you to move forward in reality.

    Pros

    Rewarding experience that had many opportunities for growth and really fostered a sense of purpose. The company is on very good footing fiscally.

    Cons

    The commission levels for reps were capped and often times you could hit bonus within the first 3 quarters. Corporate needs to readdress this misstep.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to foster the positive workplace environment and educational opportunities for growth. Be careful of letting your seasoned reps become restless. Allow for more growth financially with commissions.

    Work/Life balance is great. No one ever seems to busy to hear any concerns. I feel like I matter

    Flexible with hours, but management is too laid back

    Cons

    You're always being watched. Co workers love to gossip. Get ready to get bullied and treated like crap. Management wont do anything about it either. If you are a temp, get ready for the worst. They are horrible to all temps!

    Pay attention to the things your staff is doing! Value the hard working people you have!

    Stable industry
    Big company

    Cons

    All Senior management is male-dominated
    No advancement opportunities
    Impossible to transition from a Senior to Manager
    Salary ranges for each position are huge so pay is often unfair (people with low responsibilities making way more than they should)
    Low performers get moved around to other departments instead of being fired (and with that comes a pay increase)
    Management is very top heavy (not many lower level people that actually do stuff)
    Needed low level positions are not added in lieu of unnecessary new management jobs

    Advice to Management

    Trim management and add more low level positions
    Promote women
    Promote people that can actually do stuff and get rid of the "fat"
    Review compensation so it's fairly matched with people's skills and performance
