“Unfortunate leadership”
Former Employee – worked at LifeWatch Services full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good product and technology...Sales people can make a decent living and earnings. Top reps make over $200K
Cons – The Chairman provides such an unfortunate work environment that forces a new Sales VP Leader out every year. A lot of really good reps and managers have left LW due to his poor decisions. He doesn't value his employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
