    Pros

    Good 401k match and work life balance. The company knows how to reward sales people. If you are not involved in sales avoid this company.

    Cons

    The company lacks a clear path to develop internal talent. If your going to join this company don't plan to spend more than 2-3 years there.

    Focus on developing the talent that you have internally rather than hiring outside the company for new opportunities.

    Pros

    Professional and accessible managers, low turnover.

    Cons

    Lousy, Immature co-workers. Working in the implementation department was like going back to romper room every day. Co workers at times made unprofessional, inappropriate and even racist comments.

    Remind employees that when you go to work, you should behave like adults.

    The people are by far the best!

    Leadership communication at times can be lacking. Lots of current growing pains but nothing serious.

    Very typical company that is a large corporation.

    Pros

    Great 401k plan and benefits. Has on site cafeteria and Starbucks. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Most of management has an "open door" policy.

    Cons

    Contact Center is more focused on stats as opposed to the customer experience. They say they are focused on the customer experience but they equate that only to hold times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to all of your employees. They are the ones that speak to the customers. If their morale is down because of what management has put in place, change. Taking paid holidays away from employees really hurts morale (granted, when you are being paid 2 1/2 times your pay on a holiday, it helps). But when people make plans for a holiday and then 3 weeks before the holiday, they are told that they will be working, it really hurts morale.

    Pros

    Excellent independence and work environment. Great hands off managers. High level of talent within the workplace. Very quick to adapt to market changes. Good support of independent thinking and promotes continuous improvement in any means you would like to execute.

    Cons

    Limited training opportunities and most of it is voluntary. I personally think training should be mandatory so everyone is on the same page.
    Frequent organizational changes that are some times unecessary.
    Heavy reliance on external consulting when the answer and solutions are already known by the operations/front line employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You hire some of the best people in the industry, but that doesn't mean they can rest on their laurels. Ramp up your training program for both sales and operations, especially internals.
