    Pros

There are only a few good reasons to work there. Because of its rich history and compensation /benefit package at over well the industry average.

    Cons

The stress of simply trying not to say, do or be the wrong thing on a daily basis presents a very unhealthy work environment. The overarching goal should be the best possible patient outcomes.

    Advice to Management

Truly empower your staff and let them know that if they make a mistake trying to make things better that it won't be held against them and that managers will not eliminate their competition by creating strife any termination of employees with out recourse.

    Pros

Benefits are worthwhile, time off is reasonable, and opportunities are endless if you know the right people.

    Cons

Management isn't supportive, their expectations far outweigh what they are willing to pay and the office politics is far beyond what is necessary in a hospital for cancer patients.

    Advice to Management

Be more supportive. The people who do most of the work do know what is necessary to increase efficiency and if you want to succeed, I suggest you at least listen to feedback and give it some thought.
