    Pros

Good learning experiences they really try to help you grow if you get a good manager

    Cons

The pay sucks, they don't really appreciate how hard you work, they put way too much pressure for credit cards and don't always appreciate your hard work

    Advice to Management

Pay better especially for a supervisor position. Don't be afraid to fire lazy people

    Pros

Great company who was willing to work with their associates. Sent to workshops to improve my loss preventive skills. Able to make your own schedule within certain guidelines.

    Cons

I had no way of defending myself and the pay wasn't very good for putting yourself at risk.

    Pros

Friendly work environment, good management, creative freedom with creating displays and putting outfits together, close customer experience

    Cons

Gets messy quickly and was challenging to return all the clothes to their respective racks by the end of the night, customers were grimey, items were too often missorted, and the pay was low

    Advice to Management

Higher pay, maybe? Opportunities for advancement? Use mannequins for displays? Updated store fixtures?

    Pros

10% discount sometimes 20% on some weekends
Able to hold clothes you like until you get the money to buy them

    Cons

    Low pay... Very low pay
On your feet pretty much 100% of the time
    Boring
Want store associates to do too much
    Understaffed most of the time

    Advice to Management

Have more people working at one time.
Don't have workers on sales floor also working at the cash register! It slows down process of getting items on the sales floor when workers have to stop and work cashier. Have a set number of people only working the cash registers and a set number only working the sales floor. It would be much easier and smother not to mention much more organize.

    Pros

Flexible hours, low responsibility work load. Easy to get a job here. Experience largely depends on the manager.

    Cons

Non flexible break and lunch schedules. No benefits. Hard to become full-time. Minimum wage with almost no chance of a raise or a promotion.

    Advice to Management

Allow workers to form a union or offer better benefits or pay. Hire fewer hard working employees and give them full-time schedules instead of too many part-time employees with not enough hours to live off of.
