Pros – Working in McAfee will really challenge you and the culture here is great.
Sometimes it might be hectic but the management is supportive and this makes your work life balance a bit easier. you do get recognized as well if team or you as an individual do some great stuff.

Cons – Sometimes processes or things get postponed a bit too long which could have helped improve efficiency of employees but then that is common.
