    Pros

Work At Home Flexibility In Some Business Units Depending On Role & Manager
Always Something Going On & Changing Your Day Will Feel Like 10 Minutes Long
    Fair Pay, Good Benefits etc
    Great people to work with.

    Cons

Can be a bit bureaucratic when trying to get something done.
Like other companies constantly doing more with less leaving staff strained feeling unsuccessful.
Upper management seems to not know what really is happening in the trenches.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to do something, plan it and provide the resources to ensure it is successful.
While our colleagues in India are an enormous asset, you rely too much on overseas labor resulting in timezone issues. A better mix globally would be appreciated.

    Pros

Intel acquisition give McAfee greater Intel resource, knowledge and client base.
There are always new things (and challenges) to do if you put your heart to it (i.e.: go beyond and above)

    Cons

The big company syndrome - things move slowly riddled with politics. It stayed on a conservative road map for very long time until three years after Intel acquisition (improving). pressure is on McAfee since it is part of Intel Software division and a lot of things could be on chopping board.

    Pros

donuts on Fridays, training reimbursement, stock options, great health ins

    Cons

training is superficial, too many products to work if on the LTAM team, no opportunity to specialize if on the LTAM team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

dont let LTAM handle its own hiring, and dont heavily rely on contractors as managers tend to treat them as disposable specially in tier I
