I have been working at Molina Healthcare
Pros – job security, average pay package, good benefits, just like working in DMV or public sector company.
Cons – If you are talented and have skills, you will never be able to use or nourish them. Politically motivated promotions and there is no meaning for Manager or Director title. Titles are distributed like gift cards.
Unprofessional culture: People speak in Hindi in work place and in meetings. kingdom building exercise and levy their authority.
HR is for name sake. Numerous complaints from employees but in vain. Health care systems is the worst place to be in. AVP does not know proper manners and behavior. Running monopoly and politically motivated promotions to back his position. Just pathetic. Grow up.
Advice to Senior Management – for CIO, enough complaints are already filed in paper and by words. It is time you take hard decisions to set proper culture.

I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Some good people, but they leave because they get tired of all the backstabbing, or they are let go, in favor of kissups who play politics better than they do their real job.
Cons – High turnover, good people leave because of the work environment, musical chairs among C-level management and directors., weak HR department.
Advice to Senior Management – Back up your loyal employees instead of throwing them under the bus.

I have been working at Molina Healthcare full-time for more than a year
Pros – Salary and benefit package is decent
The people on my team are professionals
Cons – Micro-Management
Senior Management does not share plans or vision with staff
Hiring and promotion decisions are not based on skills and ability but likability and favoritism
Many of the supervisors lack supervisory experience and are not given appropriate guidance from management
Business structure and culture based on control
Advice to Senior Management – Hire competent people and trust your staff. Micro-management only leads to inefficiencies and poor morale. Create an business structure and culture based off of synergy not control. .

I worked at Molina Healthcare full-time for less than a year
Pros – Sponsorship to VISA and Green CARD. 24 Days Leave.
Cons – Very Strict about Office Timings. They force to work on Late Evenings and Week Ends. They Stand Behind you to get the Join done. No Standard in Resource and Project Management. They Simply Change the Design and Work on it Late Evenings and Week Ends.

I worked at Molina Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – OK pay, Mediocre benefits, minimal vacation and holidays
Cons – There is not enuff space on this page to describe the poor managment in this company. Here are some adjectives I can think of; micromanagement, unfairness, petty politics, backstabbing, dishonets managers, two-faced. Glad I am not there. Learned how I never want to be treated.
Advice to Senior Management – Many people come to work to contribute, but your managers, vp's and directors in particuler, are poorly trained and appear to be learning on the job. What pisst poor way to run a business.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Molina Healthcare
Pros – Flexibility. Work and Life balance. Ability to work from home.
Cons – Lack of Leadership Qualities in Senior and some Mid-Management. You need to know someone to get ahead. Individuals are not promoted based on merit, skill, or knowledge - it is all about who you know and if you are liked. There is a great lack of managerment skills in management. Communication is a big issue working for Molina.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire Managers who have experience. Promote individuals who actual have the skills. Don't slot individuals for positions without allowing others a real chance at an opportunity. They may surprise you. Give people a chance.
