I worked at Motorola Mobility full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with were top of the heap. Good employees, hard workers, fun to hang around with.

    Cons

Senior management was living in the past - they had prior success and it got to their head. They felt they didn't need to listen to customers and didn't need to take risks. Series of layoffs resulted in best employees leaving on their own.
