    Pros

will help you if you arent good unlike some call centers that just give you a warning that you will lose your job if you dont improve. good job

    Cons

is a call center and has basic call center requirements some people you work with you probably wont like.

  2. Very unorganized

    Pros

The pros to this job is that it was very easy. Most customer service jobs require you having to be on the phone all day talking with customers. As an email customer service rep, you just email customers all day instead of having phone conversations. This makes the job less stressful.

    Cons

The company was very disorganized. I have never worked for a company like this before. Training was horrible and I was confused a lot of the time.

  3. Ok job, don't have to deal with people in person

    Pros

not dealing with public, just answering inbound calls for DTE, $500 bonus for training

    Cons

training was pointless, 8a-12p on the phone listening to somebody talk

    Advice to Management

respond when ppl have their hands up, they be so busy talking to each other at their desks that they ignore ppl who need help

    Pros

Interview is okay, work is easy, they provide you with good medical benefits, and monthly incentive.

    Pros

employees are helpful, if you like no interaction with customer and sitting all day, perfect job for you, hearing relief in customers voices when you are able to restore services in dead of winter was cool, $500 training bonus for finishing, no cell phones are supposed to be on the floor but everybody had their phones out unless upper mgmnt came in

    Cons

the infractions situation horrible, they wont tell you if you have infractions, pay could be better, if you scheduled at 10a, make sure you are there at 930-945 to log in, coaches will sit and talk to "favorites" while everyone has their hands up, only act interested when Rusty was in the building, training was 4hr on the phone and laptop and was not effective, 2nd week of training was 9-5 on site, much better than phone but still lightweight unecessary

    Advice to Management

get off your butt and help, other agents shouldn't have to do your job, people hands are up for a reason, hire different coaches who are into helping when necessary and dont make you feel dumb for asking when you're new

    Pros

Shift was Mon-Fri. Project willing to promote from within. Easy to land job with company. No real application process anyone can be hired.

    Cons

No room for further advancement, attendance policy showed no compassion for employees, guidelines changed monthly with poor communication to employees.

Constant changes in leadership roles and personnel.
Upper management did not have effective communication with middle management.

    Pros

work from home position, no weekends. Leadership used to be excellent but has changed. The company we work for is moving jobs overseas and leadership is now lacking.

    Cons

Leadership is taking a back seat now that the jobs are moving overseas. Our conduct with customers is to remain the same although they changed rules for customers and they are finding different ways to take away monthly bonus. Our jobs will end officially in May and supervisors feel they don't have to put forth much effort.

    Advice to Management

I understand you are losing your jobs too but keep in mind for the people who show up everyday that this is a thankless, stressful job for us too. You have taken away our bonus and changed the rules for customers and when jobs are moved in May customers will not tolerate it.
