-Extra focus on training people
-Approachable senior management

Cons – -Very bad pay master
-No work life balance for employees
-No transparency in apraisal

Cons – risk averse, disconnected with ground reality sometimes

Cons – lower level management is not good, u can do well if u hv contacts

Cons – Late with products in market. Arrogance of some young managers. Not too daring with products.
