Former Employee – worked at Neopost
Pros – - Good Training,
- If you have the right manager then Good Support,
- If you have a central london patch then you can earn a lot of money,
- Product and Service is much better then Arch Rival
Cons – - Disturbingly high staff turnover in my one year there most of the 24 salespeople in my office left,
- Product and Services are chronically over priced,
- Only sell franking machines whilst arch rival is selling everything else too from stationary to copiers,
- Targets are unrealistic, in the monthly management meetings i only ever saw a handfull of people hit target (intrestingly they have a central london patch)
Advice to Senior Management – - Stop loosing your best sales executives to rivals by increasing the basic,
- Sell more than just franking machines, as the industry will continue to decline,
- Change target system,

Former Employee – worked at Neopost full-time
Pros – Can make some money at NAE position or above, Lots of freedom, Some nice people, Big territory, Good bonuses
Cons – Poor training, bad revenue splitting policies, lots of favortism, run like a "mom and pop" in a bad way, disconnect between corporate and dealer network, poor pricing support, management may ask you to be unethical, road warrior position, poor work/life balance, CRM cluttered/unorganized, and some reps will not hesitate to snake your accounts.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in employees, Do away with ASE position altogether, get rid of revenue/commission splits, pay commissions on time rather than on a 2 month delay, and have better communication between corporate and the dealer network.

Current Employee – been working at Neopost
Pros – Excellent product and great President, most people make the environment great. The endeavour to offer their staff growth through projects and amazing intention of engagement.
Cons – Some tenured members are mean and embarass the companies integrity. Heavy on the mid range managment staff, the majority are women with critical senior roles only held by men. No real growth opportunity is expected.
Advice to Senior Management – A correction should be made at the executive level and far more accountibility is required at that level. An improvement in positive communication should be established. Improve pay scale to your existing talent. Hire a female senior executive.
