    Pros

Work with Amazing People, top notch training and excellence. Extremely challenging work environment but very rewarding.

    Cons

Be ready to work your tail off, long hours when needed and travel as well. Can be switched from marketing to sales rotations, but this is a good thing since you get a good perspective of the entire selling process.
Must drink the "koolaid " to rise the ranks.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on career growth.

    Pros

Pay includes miles at 57 cents a mile. $400.00 base plus commission. You are pretty much your own boss, just overseen by the District Sales Leader. Safety is key concern of the company and supplies are provided.

    Cons

I am in and out of freezers all day and down on my knees a lot. It wears the body out. There are way too many accounts to deal with on a weekly basis. Commission is only .8% but there is a $400.00 base. Absolutely no room for advancement unless you want to re-locate.

    Advice to Management

There should be room for advancement into DSL without having to re-locate my entire family.
Commission should be at least 1% and fewer stores on the DMO.
