Pros – Good working environment, Good training process and good group work environment

Cons – Paid less compare to other similar companies, doesn't have much to learn in the company. Majorly doing small things with less future use

Pros – Upper management has the will to make positive change, so things are generally moving in the right direction.

Cons – Still very ineffective corporate culture (ie. throwing lots of hours at problems instead of analysing them), lots of bureaucracy/procedures that can get in the way of getting the job done. Unpaid overtime expected.

Pros – An friendly environment for juniors, awesome and kind colleagues, basically one can learn real a lot of things both in professional and office. Personally I think making yourself in a fast-developing company which has a good trend and future is far better than a place with high payment and other benefits cause you grow fast with the company too.

Cons – Maybe lots of working extra hours, a little high human-resource mobility.

Pros – get paid every month, strict but normal management policies, provides buses commuting to company

Cons – often work overtime but without overtime-pay. no ground for people pursuing technical advancement

can advance in these bussiness areas quickly.
have the chance to work with elite of the company.
have the chance to build your own resource network.

Cons – Not high salary.
Sometimes heavy workload.
Frontal work may not be supported by the BUs in HQ.
