Pros – Lot of interesting work done. A good learning experience. Not hierarchy driven. Very encouraging to new ideas. very friendly people
Cons – Not many cons to write about. Its a good place to work. The work hours are stressful. Due to the dynamic industry the timings can be steep
Advice to Senior Management – There is a need to breed in house talent to take up positions of responsibility. Developing cross functional capabilities is still nascent.

Cons – The communication could be better and teams could take a less silo-ed approach to the business and customers.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue investing in your people and streamlining processes where possible. Redundancies and poor communication not only slow progress but expose weakness to prospects and customers.

Cons – Quality and creativity continue to be sacrificed to the automation gods with no consideration beyond cost-saving.
Advice to Senior Management – From top to bottom, your employees have made you successful. Automation/Outsourcing will never replace the experience and talent you're loosing.
