    22 years of multiple roles

Senior Pricing Manager (Former Employee) Alpharetta, GA (US)

ProsGood pay, benefits and people. In heyday, great product vision. Often developed evolutionary products that were firsts in the industry.

ConsHorrible management. Dishonest accounting and crazy acquisitions diluted stock. Over building of offices and factories led to way too much debt. Greed and poor planning. Success requried them to develop firsts to succeed. Operations and processes were poor

Advice to Senior ManagementToo late now. Should have gone slower with expansions instead of planning/assuming business would double year after year.

    Bubble blast

Senior Engineer (Former Employee) Chelmsford, MA (US)

ProsGreat technologies, great potential, products that serve purpose.

ConsManagement was clueless, money hungry with no vision on how to keep a 100 year old company with experience and 1 billion worth of patents in business. Sad.

Advice to Senior ManagementGo to jail and do not collect 200$.

    Too bad they tanked

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsThe ability to work from home was great. There was a great deal of flexibility in the hours. Learned so much from all the others.

ConsCompany didn't last. Upper management was too greedy and too bad they went out of business. It was great while it lasted.
