Cons – The late night emergency calls.
Advice to Senior Management – be more generous with pay and bonuses.

“New market, new technology.”
Former Employee – worked at North American Technologies
Pros – Innovative new green technology. Interesting product. Great exposure to transportation industry and companies involved in project development from start to finish.
Cons – New market, new technology. Constant relationship building and maintenance required requiring extensive travel. Important to diversify customer base and be ready to expand upon product development.
Advice to Senior Management – Diversify customer base. Take the company private. Invest in quality senior management with solid backgrounds related to the transportation industry.
