Pros – Good benefits and beautiful property.

Cons – The corporate greed of management is evident with an 'every man for himself' attitude. HR lacks the ability to be objective and is anything but helpful to employees who have to endure bullies in the workplace. The Tribal Team Member Relations team tries to keep HR honest, but to no avail. If you have a grievance, keep it to yourself, as HR is NOT there to help employees, they are there to protect management.

Advice to Senior Management – Get back to a mentality that doesn't tolerate bullying in the workplace, by peers or management.

Cons – WOrk with idiots, smoke filled environment, dealing with drunks, YOU ARE ALWAYS wrong, supervisors know less than you but act like they know more than you

Pros – Great benefits, perks, bonus. Its fast paced, never a dull moment, theres always somthing going on in the casino. Holidays, concerts, special performances, celebrities, its never a boring day at work, you can always find something to amuse you.

Cons – Low wage and starting salary, not enough opportunities to move up in rank or ladder, because it is a 24 hr business, in the casino business, you are going to have a crazy work schedule guaranteed. when you first come in, be ready to give up your weekends, holidays and nights.

Pros – Pechanga is nationally known within the gaming industry as being very innovative with the newest technology.

Full-Time Pay and Benefits are competitive - and include:
 - Medical and Dental insurance
 - 401(k) plan
 - Paid Time Off
 - Tuition Reimbursement
 - Free Uniforms

Cons – As is the case with anywhere in the hospitality and gaming industry - working nights, weekends and holidays can be taxing on one's social and personal life. A Work-Life balance can be difficult to maintain with people outside the business.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. PR&C has weathered the recession well, now that the economy is rebounding it will be interesting to see what happens next.

Pros – Compensation for area is good, very heavy in rules, regulations, and enforcements.

Cons – Un-effective and disconnected leadership; disconnect between Senior Management and staff.

Advice to Senior Management – Write down and present to the staff your intentions and follow through on those intentions.
