    Pros

Great leadership experience, sales experience and exposure to the daily operations that make this company thrive!

    Cons

No cons, honestly! This internship program is like no other in the country, they give you a real project that is a real problem in the company and provide you with the flexibility, resources, and knowledge to implement your own creative solution, hands on! They really value what your bring to the table and are enthusiastic about young talent in PepsiCo, they view you as the future of this Fortune 50 company.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and your commitment to making the Pepsi Culture inclusive, supportive, and tightly bonded.

    Pros

Pepsi seems to really care about its people and providing opportunities to develop. There are lots of training opportunities and options for internal mobility to other regions (I work in Europe)

    Cons

The organisation seems to be a perpetual state of change. There is always some new project (usually IT related) being implemented or business reorganisation underway. Makes it difficult to plan and seems like we are always fighting fires

    Advice to Management

Try to introduce more stability into the business

    Pros

Great place to develop your potential and a lot of opportunities of growing in your career, a lot of interesting projects and responsibility right from the start.

    Cons

There are a lot of projects, initiatives and certifications going on at the same time people do not get the chance to focus, and you have to work a lot in the "how am I seen" from the middle management team

    Advice to Management

try to keep your team focused on results and not so much things going on at the same time

    Pros

A really great mix of people, a good office with an enjoyable and fun atmosphere, challenging work and a sense of fun, plenty of events organised for staff- lunches, talks, activities. Also a good range of employee deals like Cycle to Work, Childcare vouchers, Mobile phone discounts etc.
    Good PDR system in place.

    Cons

Because of the broad mix of people, sometimes people disagree or don't see eye to eye, and there can be a lot of variation in lifestyle choices, attitudes etc. A broad spectrum of Baby Boomers, Gen X,Y and Z so it makes for a very interesting, yet sometimes difficult environment.

    Pros

Great managers, great performance culture which recognises individual performance in terms of both result and people. Work life balance is recognised - might not be the case for all Functions but was for mine.

    Cons

Head office location. Promotional increases at the time I was employed were tightly capped. Getting things signed off can take forever.

    Advice to Management

Continue to thank employees for a good job and reward them as appropriate. You do this really well.

    Pros

ambitious, fast paced company with heart for it's employers
    Great brands and colleagues
Focus on culture and values and diversity and inclusion
Easy to get a lot of ownership

    Cons

    challenging work-life balance
The location of the company is not great; it is actually 40 miles from London in Theale, near Reading

    Advice to Management

    - The balance of what you put in in terms of work and energy doesn't always match the comp and ben. Work Life balance of most of the employees will not be great
    - In some parts of the company ther could be more entrepreneurial drive

    Pros

    A lot of responsibility.
    Great support.
    Loads of opportunities.
    Good money.
Company van with petrol (for social use too).
    Looks great on CV.
Head office visits very fun and informative.

    Cons

Long hours (you will be knackered all week).
Very sales focused (cold calling in person).
Sometimes the management can be out of touch with what the interns are doing.
Some staff on lower levels can get a bit annoyed with looking after interns (and maybe jealous of how well they are treated).

    Advice to Management

Keep this internship going, but make sure the managers on all levels know what the interns are doing.
