I have been working at Premier Research Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – - The atmosphere here is dynamic and fast paced. No day is ever the same so no chance to get bored!
- Travel and workload is less than my previous company. Expectations of employees here are more realistic, meaning a better work / life balance.
- Management are interested in progressing employees. It seems that they want to retain good staff here.
- Exciting time to be part of Premier Research.
Cons – - You cannot blend into the background here so there is no shying away from challenges / situations. People here are very much treated as an indvidual and you should be ready to have an opinion and make a difference.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on doing what your doing! The company is in a really positive place at the moment.

Pros – Good team work. Small company but closer work relationship. Attracts interesting projects from small and mid size bio pharma companies with innovative products. Projects were never boring.
Cons – Hard work unappreciated most of the time.
Advice to Senior Management – Reward hard working staffs and don't be shy showing your appreciation, it is worth twice than boring appraisal paper work.

I have been working at Premier Research Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Came from a larger CRO, as I know others did too, and this was a positive change. Workload is better, travel is more reasonable, and the people are great here. Feel like the people here are more genuine in caring about me and progression in my career here.
Cons – Most of the clinical staff is home-based, so if you're not used to being home-based, it could be isolating.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the current vision & mission!

I have been working at Premier Research Group full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Staff is great, everyone gets along fine.
Cons – No opportunity for advancement and or training for those that are loyal and committed to the company. Politics plays a role on who gets what regardless of your educational background or experience, someone that has been with the company less time and or have no educational back-ground can out beat you for opportunities if their connection has anything to say about it. Instead of promoting with thin, preference is given to favorites. With the economy and the difficulty in find work, you have to stay put until another opportunity comes around.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider the loyalty and commitment of those employees and offer opportunities for advancements. Think of others before yourself. Maybe your turnover will change for once.

I have been working at Premier Research Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Supportive management, people are encouraged to take on more responsibility, the company are invovled in some very interesting studies, you feel that you are personal and not a number as you would be in large CRO's. Its a great place for those who like to be kept busy. There is always plenty to get involved with.
Cons – The global nature of the company needs to be emphasised more internally.

I worked at Premier Research Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – It was a paycheck in a tough economy. Nice vacation package. Used to be a much better place to work.
Cons – Workloads are very unreasonable - expect to work most nights and weekends for your salary. They will work you to death - constantly asking for more, but seldom rewarding you. Somehow there is always money for raises and promotions for higher levels; it just never trickles down. Level of professionalism across management is very low.
Advice to Senior Management – Figure out how to reward and retain your quality employees, or they will continue to flee in droves.

I worked at Premier Research Group full-time
Pros – Line Manger support great
Decent benefits
Highly professional environment
Great educational reimbursement program
Highly quality-oriented more than quantity-oriented which is rare
Cons – Not a lot of top down communication, CRAs left in the dark most of the time
CRAs are treated like red-headed step children during client meetings, basically told to shut their mouths so they don't embarasss the company, even though they are the bread-winners
