Former Employee – worked at Prudential plc full-time for more than a year
Pros – I'll say it first. If you are have to choose a career in insurance... it's objectively one of the best choices, this coming from someone who greatly dislikes the industry. That said, their products are costly, meaning often you find yourself selling a suboptimal package from a purely cost perspective

Former Employee – worked at Prudential plc
Pros – Descent paymaster. Hard think of anything else.
Cons – Management is not driven by level of expertise and effort brought in, rather by where you come from! No acknowledgement of hard work. Bureaucracy and politics at its peak where threads reaching HQs.
Advice to Senior Management – Completely change the very top management and bring in competent team leader, who really understands the business and turn this place to business than House of Lords.
