ProsGreat people, lots of opportunities if you seek them out, focussed on employee engagement and communication. Anyone who leaves always says that they miss the people they worked at PwC more than anything else. PwC is concerned about the right things eg quality of work, diversity, flexible working, personal development. Great emphasis on personal integrity and doing the right thing.

ConsOrganisational structure, lack of clear governance within the partnership model. As above, concerned about all the right things but sometimes patchy in delivery of them.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange the structure, challenge the partners more

ProsOnly talking about LTT (London Top Tier) Business Group
    Great Client Profiles
Very less traveling or London based traveling

    ConsToo Much Audit Focused
Resourcing is worthless (book random people on random jobs, no skill based resourcing)
Some slow Senior Managers (who are Senior Managers for quite some time) are discouraging for promotions
Too much office politics as promotions depends on how much you know people rather than how much valued you have added
Most People Manager doesn't take their job even 1% seriously

Advice to Senior ManagementPromote people with both Sales & Delivery skills, not with only internal networking skills
People Managers roles shouldn't be given to everyone, lets people become People Manager who are really passionate about other people's careers
