Former Employee – worked at Radware full-time
Pros – Products are pretty good, good engineering and pretty low failure rate. Pricing is competitive although complex.
Cons – Tend to sell features they haven't really fully vetted to "test" the market... beta testing is almost unheard of.
Support can be spotty.
Marketing is almost non-existent - as is business development and as a result brand recognition is poor ( in the US) so lead generation is appalling.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more resources on market development instead of just pushing that responsibility to the field.

Former Employee – worked at Radware full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – company is OK on compensation when calculating both salaries and stock-option values.
company does a lot of Internal promotions, sometimes of not fully qualified people.
Cons – Bad internal communication culture bordering in abusive in some cases, especially between sales and HQ.
bad on delivery dates and road-maps - company continuously changes plans and deliveries to accommodate special deliveries for specific customer demeaning a unique feature.
Advice to Senior Management – improve employees affiliation to company, as most keep coming to work only for the stock-options they hold.

Former Employee – worked at Radware full-time for more than a year
Pros – other then some interesting technology they do use there is nothing good to say about radware, any else will be plain sugarcoating a carcase.
Cons – It starts from the moment you open the door and feel a heavy feeling setting you on making you feel that "one more day full of "joy" is starting again".
and it keeps going by having a team leader doing every thing in his power to fish out every little mistake you do and parade it to your face and then run to his managers to tell how bad one is, and it's nit picking from telling one guy next to me that the test he writes are good and then complaining to me about spelling - and when i review the other test cases i fine they are full of spelling mistakes but i got berated for it and the rest not a word, and it keeps going for downing every idea you have for imprudent and upgrade.
if Radware were the last place to work on earth i rather die then work there again.
Advice to Senior Management – leave NOW get a better place.
