“Disorganized”
Former Employee – worked at Relax Investments full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Freedom within the company to get the job done.
A great place to "work your way up" in the industry.
Has a few brands so not limited to just one.
Cons – Training sub-par and had to be asked for multiple times.
No support from ownership
Properties not well taken care of. Things are given a band aid instead of properly fixed in order to save money.
Advice to Senior Management – Have set standards in place for those just starting.
There needs to be cohesiveness within the company.
Make sure the properties are well taken care of.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
