    Pros

A very good environment to experiment and learn. Frequent restructuring gives opportunity to explore new roles. Top Class Cafeteria and Campus.

    Cons

Organization Leadership being used as a stooge to implement ridiculous decisions taken by Group Leadership; Huge gap between what is said and what is done. Restructuring every 18 months is hurting the organization. No increments and selective bonuses.

I worked at Reliance Communications full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I wanted to learn and was given opportunity to do that. My co-workers where amazing. DAKC office offers many additional amenities but their Bandra Kurla office had just the basic amenities.

    Cons

The older employees feel threatened by new joinee. You will always find a better way of doing stuff. Promotions are unheard of. Employees always fear they will laid out.

I worked at Reliance Communications as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The work here as a trainee was particularly not of my interest and there was just me working on a project. My mentor was chill about working hours.

    Cons

My project did not have any other members except me, which was a bit unsatisfying. Also, the company is not doing really well. No pay for interns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company is going down, people are leaving their jobs at this firm. The future is not looking good for them.

Give good salaries to old employees who are good in work and experience as they get demotivated as new joinees are paid much higher as per experince..
