    Pros

Great heritage and traditions surround this company's work and management. A pleasure to experience

    Cons

    Poor prioritization and organisation management

    Advice to Management

Drive the company as the multinational that it is. Old-school management style, miicro management etc does not bring any favours to the employees.

    Pros

Colleagues are great, salary is interesting, the building is really beautiful, I could not recommend working for Richemont more. If you like the field of luxury, this place is for you.

    Cons

The coffee machines are often out of order. Damn you, coffee machines.

    Pros

I can't think of any pros

    Cons

Poor management, bad training, unflexible schedule, underpaid for amount of work done

    Advice to Management

This company pays low and management has no idea what is going on. Employees are not trained and left to try on their own, understaffed due to picky hiring, commission is horrible, company expects you to dedicate your life to working and have no personal time. Worst job I ever experienced.

    Pros

Just a employee sale and only have an external reputation in luxury field which were taken wrongly

    Cons

No mutual respect and horrible working environment. There were no braves to face into any challenges from the managers level and they only focused on taking care of themselves. Too politic
