    I worked at RigNet full-time

    Pros

Somehow still growing. Some great people amid the deadwood. If you want no life then promotion is possible. Good coffee.

    Cons

Failed integrations, focus only on financials and not customers, zero value of employees. Management make all sorts of promises and deliver on next to none.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make decisions not exclusively based on short term financial gain. Invest in people. Make good on your promises. Cut the deadwood.

I have been working at RigNet full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Working with passionate people that makes things happen for it's customers. Working closely with people from across the world. Exposure to new challenges that will drive your knowledge for the future.

    Cons

A relative young company that does not have everything in place yet. Servicing the Oil & Gas industry can be demanding in the long run.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue the focus on culture and values, and invest in more training of the employees.

I have been working at RigNet full-time

    Pros

dynamic, stable, big potential, good customer base with strong growth potential in traditional and new markets, flexible work processes,

    Cons

disorganised, top heavy, overly centralised, a lot of unrealised potential, bad information systems,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More decentralised global teams with much better information systems and communications will be required to get a united effort and culture to grow beyond the current limitations. Lots of potential to compete against regional players with targeted campaigns.

I have been working at RigNet full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

There are opportunities provided via and outside online training portal. Although the company is expanding hand over fist, business practices are not.

    Cons

Many changes are being instantly implemented thought the total impact is not necessarily thought through.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider being an "undercover" boss to see the moral of the company grunts.
