Working with passionate people that makes things happen for it's customers. Working closely with people from across the world. Exposure to new challenges that will drive your knowledge for the future.

    Pros

There are opportunities provided via and outside online training portal. Although the company is expanding hand over fist, business practices are not.

    Cons

Many changes are being instantly implemented thought the total impact is not necessarily thought through.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider being an "undercover" boss to see the moral of the company grunts.

Long working hours, no respect, little effective management.

    Former Employee - Manager
    Former Employee - Manager

    Pros

Many dedicated employees, generally lower level staff, who are willing to work all hours necessary to successfully complete mishandled, mismanaged projects. Small pockets of talent can be seen everywhere.

    Cons

No respect for people, management or general employees.
Managers are unduly pressurised by senior management, which results in a negative working environment for all employees.
Employee remuneration package is much lower than other similar businesses in Houston.
    Very long working hours.
Expectation of unpaid work, with zero consideration for family/work life balance.
Frequent management changes, as senior employees leave because of bad working conditions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer higher pay and better package, to attract better managers.
Do not hire YESmen, as this does not foster innovation and only respects ideas from the CEO.
Respect the right of an American citizen to a reliable family personal life outside work.
