Pros – Good for Slackers and boot lickers.

Cons – Biased promotion and increment. Political place.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop recommending your wives as employees, they are better of as housewives. Not contributing to work yet hold high position for many many years

Pros – high tech enviroment, good engineers, large company

Cons – obsolete systems, poor leadership, awful career path for female employees (only 1 female director in USA, the HR director, what a cliche').

Pros – - good working environment in few groups for self-motivated people
- Technically sound seniors

Cons – - Large number of groups have repetitive jobs that add no value to one's own skill set
- Technically sound people have stayed back because there is no other option in north india, else attrition rate would have been much higher
- Poor time-to-market of IPs and products
- Laid back attitude in most of the groups
- Over the years the freshers talent pool has reduced a lot in quality

Advice to Senior Management – - Take stock of the situation, there is a lot of scope of improvement in productivity
- Have longer vision rather than finding short-term solutions

Cons – No sense of career direction, managers are stuck and dont allow people to grow beyond them.

Advice to Senior Management – Get your act together

Pros – Work Life balance as they dont disturb you during weekends. Starting salary is high but that's it as it will have a snail pace increment.

Cons – Too many European senior managers. Doesn't train their managers to justify their contract. Ensuring that people under them specifically Asian managers looks incompetent to justify their existence. Very highly political environment and decisions are made ensuring expat bosses gets the credit. Its so shameful seeing directors shouting at each other in a meeting and basically they are RUDE.

Advice to Senior Management – Review expat allocations as there are roles that can be integrated into one role ex. Director for warehousing and Director for Logistics can be merged.
