Pros – new technology not much more i can say. really there isnt much more i can say.
oh i suppose the colleagues were great company, many friends that were made there
Cons – poor salary; hr manager, poor managment structure, complete lack of promotions, unless you worked in design

Pros – It is a good family-friendly place to work. The people are great and you get opportunity to work new and cutting-edge hardware.
This is a large company with many sites throughout the world and plenty of opportunity work with and travel to colleagues abroad.
Cons – Software engineering follows an outdated "waterfall" methodology, which is better suited to hardware development.
The large organisation can lead to frustrating bureaucracy and poor communication

Pros – Very friendly, supporting colleagues
Allowed to explore things (and sometimes to try them live as well)
You will not be sacked very easily
If you want peace of mind without doing anything, it is the right place
Cons – No recognition of whatever you do
Very poor pay scale. It is easy to get into the company with inflated pay scale. But once in, salary increment is just a peanut.
Promotion? Don't ever think about it.
Unless you are an annoyer you get nothing in return.

Pros – flexible work hours, friendly atmosphere, interesting projects, great benefits, vacation and lots more
Cons – I really don't have any cons, I've worked there for 12 years and if it wasn't for the layoff, I would have stayed there even longer

Free meal which is prepared by hotel chef for plant staffs if production yield is met for the quarter

Pros – Company is very nice, and give a lots of growth in terms of technical ladder. i spend 9 years there and those would always remains the most cherisable work moments.
Cons – Need to be proactive and advance planning is needed. Employee engagement could be one of the striking factor.
