Yearly Bonus based on your individual Club's performance.

    Cons

Very much a favoritism place. You better get along with your mangers or its going to be hell.
    Little to no conflict resolution

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Way too much favoritism. It doesn't matter if you're the best. If you are not besties with a manager, forget getting anything.

I worked at Sam's Club full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, friendly staff, flexible schedules

    Cons

They have no idea how to create a consistent schedule. You will never work more than 40 hours a week. Will not hire full-time, try to hire only part time employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to learn how to manage and not micro-manage. Also management needs to remember the little guys that keep the stores running

    Pros

Big company, stable employment and very well compensated
