    Terrible company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsFree snacks and paid overtime
It will definitely help pay bills

ConsIf you are a CMT contractor or PDT.
Don't Believe them about being hired on.

    All where Let Go.
They lie and hate the great preformers.

Keep head down and kiss butt, laugh at their stupid jokes and have sex with female managers if they come on to you. Or your fired.

Great people, successful company, bad politics

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA (US)

ProsAwesome people, fun work (most of the time), good pay.

ConsToo many managers and senior level staff with their hands in every project. Very political at times and the company often lacks transparency. Also, no shuttles to and from campuses or any help whatsoever with public transportation.

Advice to Senior ManagementToo many cooks in the kitchen and too much corporate jargon. The people doing all the work have to go through so many levels of review that it takes the creativity out of the work.

A good place to learn and grow.

Production Designer (Former Employee) Sunnyvale, CA (US)

ProsThe culture is laid back and fun. They celebrate major holidays and birthdays in the office. The perks are free snacks and drinks in the kitchen, as well as promo codes. There are a lot of team building activities, if you like that sort of thing. If there is down time, you get to help out in other departments if needed. This can be interesting because it allows you to see what other departments do.

ConsThe busiest times are during major holidays, like Christmas. Expect to do a lot of overtime between November and December. Be prepared, as it can get very tiring working 12+ hour shifts.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more people for the holidays to avoid working mandatory overtime.

Great products, smart people, good experience

Senior Product Manager (Current Employee) Redwood City, CA (US)

ProsOpportunity to make an immediate impact in your area; good compensation; good work-life balance

ConsSome teams prefer to operate in total chaos, which screws things up for those stuck working with them; opportunities for promotions seem more based on politics than merit

Advice to Senior ManagementReward team members for success, and don't let those prone to consistent failure stand in the way of recognizing key contributors
