“Scholars Program”
Former Employee – worked at Sponsors For Educational Opportunity part-time for more than a year
Pros – The scholars program admits some of the brightest and sweetest students that you will ever meet who want to build relationships with staff. Also, their mission is truly honorable.
Cons – Tasks can become monotonous and boring. Supervisors are unappreciative and want a work horse rather than an employee.
