I have been working at Stagecoach full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Job security and reasonable wages
Cons – The job can be unsocial and doesnt leave much time for a social life
Advice to Senior Management – need to listen more to the drivers

“Its all about money at the expense of common sense”
I have been working at Stagecoach full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – On paper package is good
Cons – Its a very micro managed organisation, in my team we pointed out the shortfalls of a product offering and it was ignored till the people at the top caught up
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the advice of your own people, stop treating us like a burden
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Stagecoach
Pros – Great management, time off allowed whenever
Cons – No employee benefits, no paid time off
Advice to Senior Management – No advice to management. Owners are doing a fantastic job. Adding employee benefits would be a step in the right direction.
