    Pros

An overall positive experience based on my time with this company. The management did a good job keeping everything running smoothly and all my coworkers were easy to get along with.

    Cons

Schedules for part time employees changed pretty randomly from week to week. You'd be opening on Mon, Tues, Wed one week and close those days the next. Difficult to plan around without knowing your hours ahead of time.

    Advice to Management

It would be a good idea to try and keep the schedules of your part timers fairly consistent. It may not work all the time, but working the same shift tends to improve the productivity of your workers on that shift.

    Advice to Management

cut management, no need for 4 managers per store, 2-3 per store and floater, treat help with respect and how they would like to be treated

    Pros

Flexible work schedules, 5% discount, and no prior experience needed.

    Cons

Management, and CDH's were inconsistent and not all on the same page. Poor communication and just poor management in general. Made working there unnecessarily stressful and annoying.

    Advice to Management

Hire new management or train your managers and supervisors properly.
