Pros – Freindly Staff even management. training given is excellent and in depth. care for their employees and treat you with respect and kindness.

Cons – Cant name any honestly.. havent had a bad experience yet

Advice to Senior Management – More communication with associates.

Pros – Lots of unofficial breaks, Work flow is light, Co workers are good people

Cons – Can be boring some nights when your work till 7:30 AM but are done with the load by 4:00 AM

Advice to Senior Management – Order more freight!

Pros – I cant think of a beneficial pro but its easy to get hired at least as a cashier

Cons – Low pay, weather you have experience as a cashier or not you start off with minimum wage.

HORRIBLE management... seriously.

Been trying to change my schedule for over a month and they don't do anything about it

Rude co-workers and front end with customers

Management stays on their cell phone all day playing games or texting/talking on the phone

Favoritism with co-workers

Some Co-workers fool around, talk with employees, waste time, not do their job

I got a job but wasnt talked to/showed around/ informed about anything... i didnt even get punched in the first day

Advice to Senior Management – NEW STRICT MANAGEMENT! Please. Raise pay... its not fair to start off as minimum wage with such a big company

Pros – Most coworkers are nice, some are immature and act like kids.

Cons – They make you do everything( For example front end: Cashier, bagger, self scan, customer service, Carts. Unless you're a girl, you do carts Low pay not enough to deal with the customers and what they make us do. Management is ok. 2 good managers one rude manager.

Pros – low key job, go at your own pace, got to talk to customers and coworkers as long as work was done well and on time.... lots of unofficial breaks possible

Cons – was either over worked or underworked... hours of constant moving or of searching for ways to seem busy. often ended up doing work for neighboring depts. which was no part of job.

Advice to Senior Management – A steady stream of objectives would have been helpful.

Pros – Flexibility in hours, scheduling; stability in knowing there is a union to keep you from unfair treatment (sort of); the store management team seems to be genuine about their approaches to making the store a team effort; pretty good vacation time structure

Cons – Terrible communication between the chain of command; there are too many cancerous employees there for the entire store to function successfully; the union in charge of caring for the employees does less than the company's management to ensure employee benefits are maintained; poor track to advancement; pay isn't worth the work asked for

Pros – Easy work, get raises every six months, and you get personal days , sick days and two weeks paid vacation. They have health insurance and you don't have to work there full time to get all the benefits. They also have a union.

Cons – The customers can be a pain to deal with.
