    Pros

No uniform restrictions/dress code, work life balance, good pay

    Cons

Too lazy environment, too slow growth, retirement sort of environment, business at risk, no other job if somehow any product comes on risk, No growth for years and years, No skill development focus,

    Advice to Management

Killing skills of employees, its difficult to remain competent and adjust in other environment after leaving sungard, no regular trainings, should improve as business cant run like this. RIF is not solution, its just killing both company as well resources as no direction from senior management

    Pros

    Flexibility in work hours.
    No Formal Dress Code.
Not too much managerial roles ( good for some, bad for some).
Package is either at par or more than the market.

    Cons

People here do not have foresight.
Most of the people here do not have the necessary exposure of the IT industry. Even Very Senior Managers here never worked anywhere else and they do not have any idea about how things work elsewhere.
The only aspiration you can have here is to "code" . Everything else they do not understand.
Do not join if you want to move up the corporate ladder.

    Advice to Management

It takes years to build a reputation but a day to ruin it. Work on what you have built. Try to understand your resources, their strength, weaknesses. Do not encourage a loser attitude in the team for your peace of mind. One day you'll be a loser too.
