    The company is not what it used to be

    There are still some good projects to work on.

    Cons

    Management really doesn't care about employees. Pay is becoming lower and lower day by day. This company used to be among the best paying ones, now sadly, even TCS can pay better than them.

    With right set of managers you have the ability to take ownership of projects and move forward.

    Cons

    Constant Management change and new prioritizing of goals makes it difficult to met expectations timely.

    1. Good encouraging place.
    2. Company policies are transparent.
    3. CEP policy is really helpful for higher studies.
    4. If you are a outstanding performer, every year you can expect exact 20% of salary hike.

    Sales People Treated like "Pawns" towards The Management's Quota and Club Reservations

    They serve Starbucks coffee...and have a nice surplus of legal pads and pens.

    Cons

    Sales Compensation and Quotas are not in line with the Industry trends and the "solution selling" messaging the company subscribes to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to actually listen to the Sales People on what is going on and work accordingly to streamline instead of making "gut" like decisions or picking favorites when driving opportunities.

    Pros

    Good Sales organization, Overall Good and well meaning people and great breadth of products + nice recognition program for successful sales

    Cons

    Not enough R&D expenditure and overall too many acquisitions that have resulted in a lack of shared culture and in a great difficulty to understand the company's offer. No real product strategy either and a definite lack of enthusiasm.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on Financial Middle-Office and Back-Office which are the core strenghts of the company and shed the rest. Define a product strategy backed up by a serious R&D budget
    Make sure the customers and employees have a sense of direction for the company.
