    Pros

small company, so you can get to know people quickly. Good amount of onsite opportunities, duration may vary after going to onsite.

    Cons

Internal Systems and policies not properly defined HR and finance teams are very slow and rigid, so any issues are very difficult to get resolved Constant threat of job loss, this makes it difficult to work and plan for long term

    Advice to Management

Please have a positive and growth oriented vision. You need to really stop thinking about consolidation and plan for more long term goals than for every quarter.

    Pros

    Nice campus, Good Banking,Insurance,Automotive project

    Cons

Not good for laterals, No good compensation as compared to other companies..only few bugs for over time work No value of laterals. 14-15 hours per day work even office time is 9 to 6 HR management listen to only higher mgmt...No value for employee.

    Advice to Management

Should respect to there employee also. Should follow give & take...as It takes two to tango... Higher Mgmt should support there employee....they are not for use & through Onsite team should be supported by there higher mgmt when needed. Managers should listen there employee & understand there problem.

    Pros

there is flexibility . my manager happens to be good and intelligent person and so far my esperience is good. i dont know about the atmosphere in india is, but i have learnt that it is not good. onsite is good

    Cons

policies are very indianized. syntel takes a lot of time to actually meet customer demands. this is because it does not want to put anyone on bench. anyone who is on bench can be fired. this is not good. the employee may not be on bench because of his/her mistakes. please give an employee appropriate chances to proof his/her worth.

    Advice to Management

be aggressive with the resourcing and try to manage client demands better otherwise there is no dearth of competetors in the market. syntel takes a lot of time to actually meet customer demands. this is because it does not want to put anyone on bench. anyone who is on bench can be fired. this is not good. the employee may not be on bench because of his/her mistakes. please give an employee appropriate chances to proof his/her worth.
