    Pros

    Nice campus,
    Good Banking,Insurance,Automotive project

    Cons

    Not good for laterals,
    No good compensation as compared to other companies..only few bugs for over time work
    No value of laterals.
    14-15 hours per day work even office time is 9 to 6
    HR management listen to only higher mgmt...No value for employee.

    Advice to Management

    Should respect to there employee also.
    Should follow give & take...as It takes two to tango...
    Higher Mgmt should support there employee....they are not for use & through
    Onsite team should be supported by there higher mgmt when needed.
    Managers should listen there employee & understand there problem.

    Good salary thats all but no career growth.

    Cons

    Lots of politics. No SDLC follows, no quality in work.

    Advice to Management

    Managers are not upto the mark some even not able to speak english properly.

    Pros

    Never misses on Salary and the compensation is generally up to the market standards

    Cons

    There is so much politics involved and employees are generally from any background in India and don't have good communication. Don't how they get their H-1B visas!!

    Advice to Management

    Segregate people based on their abilities and not the project you have just begged from the client and put anyone on those positions. Also, management folks can't speak good English what else do you expect from the people below.

    Less work pressure
    good for freshers

    Cons

    DGM and GMs are useless.
    They have no work
    They are not in office for most of the day
    Management in Syntel have privilege to gym membership, which is utilised in office hrs
