Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile
Pros – Energetic org. with strong leadership
Cons – Some of the decision making was moving from local to global control. Right thing for the business, but not as fun when key decision are happening outside of the country.

Pros – Good Money in relation to hours. Its not too hard to meet metrics, just set a target each day you go to work and also know your customers and how to handle them based on your store location
Cons – Extremely demanding. Typical retail brouhaha. You get sucked into the number game every month. Can be frustrating if you dont meet your metrics.

Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile for more than a year
Pros – Great work environment. Management takes care of their employees and works with them every step of the way.
Cons – You're working with people that have been picked up off the street and were hired as contractors and then trained. Highschool graduates and the likes. You will cross paths with unprofessional co-workers. Half of whom got their certifications by studying off howtopass.com after they were hired on as a contractor.
How they get past this issue is that T-Mobile compartmentalizes everything. So even if you dont know anything there's really not much that you can screw up.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire employees that have a bachelors or an associates at least. It makes for a more professional work enviroment with employees that can make sense of the work rather than "just following procedure".

Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year
Pros – A company that's trying to do things differently. Seems to have pulled itself out of the slump it was in for a few years. Lots of opportunity to move fast and change the industry.
Cons – The organization keeps changing all the time. This can be good or bad depending what you're looking for. People seeking comfortable stable employment should look elsewhere.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep shaking up the industry. Do more to retain your high-performers.
