    Pros

Tibco has some good folks left

    Cons

Too much politics and does not get work done due to internal politics between departments

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much politics and does not get work done due to internal politics between departments. Before you fight externally fight the internal politics and treat as one company. Management is clueless on execution.

I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Perhaps one of the most employee friendly companies in India. There are very less bureaucracy and micromanagement isn't really a part of their culture.

    Cons

Lousy annual salary hikes unless there is a promotion. Even the best performers end up not getting more than 7%.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't change the culture in the name of cost cutting or growing strength. Your culture is your biggest strength and you should keep holding on it.
