    Pros

TeamHealth has a solid work environment and culture based on integrity, innovation and teamwork where the organization is committed to doing the right thing and team members are valued-- asked to provide critical input based on their skill level.

    Cons

The growth is creating a challenge for the infrastructure. However, it is obvious that there are solutions in the works to resolve this opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look for systemic ways to standardize the work and simplify complex processes.

    Pros

I work for a staffing company owned by TeamHealth. In my brief 3 years with the company I have been afforded two opportunities to advance and grow. From a LT Account Exec. to a Perm Placement Coordinator and now to Managed Account Administrator. Excellent supportive culture, great benefits and plenty of opportunity for growth. I am thrilled and truly thankful to work with the people I do and for such a wonderful organization. There is a reason TeamHealth has much recognition, it's an excellent company to work for....and it it's that way because of the people and the culture we create.

    Cons

I wouldn't call it a con but more of a challenge; the medical industry is ever changing and evolving which means we must always remain adaptable and ready to rise and comply to new demands. Fast paced and constantly changing.

    Pros

Before accepting a position with TeamHealth, I heard nothing but positive remarks concerning the people, the culture and the company itself. I can say, without a doubt, that TeamHealth is a great place to work. Having been here for only a couple months, I have already experienced feelings of being appreciated, valued, and respected. I look forward to a VERY long and successful career with TeamHealth, and I am proud to be a part of this great company!

    Cons

I have yet to experience anything negative while working at TeamHealth in the past couple months.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what you're doing--making an employee feel welcome, valued and appreciated is priceless...and it makes the difference between having a "job" and nurturing a "career."

    Pros

The Pros of recruiting with TeamHealth are that we are not a 3rd party "head hunting" recruiting based business. We are contracted with the facilities to run different programs. We take pride in our work and who we hire to work in our facilities. As recruiters in TeamHealth, we do not fight amoungst each other. We share our leads with different recruiters if we cannot help a specific provider. More pros are that our company really does believe in a health work/life balance and you are encouraged to take time off, and use your PTO. Everyone has been supportive and we are growing exponentially.

    Cons

With fast growth, comes new sets of issues and stress. But even this is not a con - because we work through it and become more organized as we grow.
