    I worked at Telecom Italia

    Pros

I had an oportuniy to acquire new competencies

    Cons

I attended a post graduate degree and an intersnship organized by Telecom Italia. They promised us that we would have been hired very likely. At the end of the formation period only 20% of us was hired. People to hire were not selected by merit, but on unclear internal company decision.

Nice people and nice boss. Good apprenticeship opportunity for new entry network engineer. You can have a lot of coffee breaks and talk with boss and coworkers
