Pros – You find a good and capable management and company is so big that you can find almost any job that appeals you.
You can learn a lot about telco history talking with people that have worked for the company for all their entire life. It really enhance you as a person to confront with this different range of people you can find
Cons – Sometimes being so big a company means it's difficult to make a specific work goes smoothly and easely, because the internal burocracy is not efficient
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – It's the largest telecom company in italy. My team is very nice and smart.
Cons – HR do not take in consideration the real value of people.
Sometimes the process to "do something" requires a too long process, involving many departments, but it is understandable given the size and the importance of the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Better recognize the value of people and talent.

Cons – Sometimes the decisional process takes ages.

Pros – it's somehow an innovative company, it is a big environment so offerts lots of things to learn, it shapes your character
Cons – there are not many opportunities for high potential professionals, and higher management positions are often precluded to those starting from the base
Advice to Senior Management – they should better recognize talent and create a real meritocratic environment. I have met top managers who showed real attention to resources, while middle management is often not highly qualified
