    Pros

    Great coworkers,Competitive salary, good benefits.

    Cons

    Management is weak.
In Romania base the management hired only relatives (nepotism negative)

    Advice to Management

There is a lot of waste that could be cut to reduce expenses by manager in Romania base, the VPs should check this.

Great benefits with ability to make above average oilfield money
So many people have advanced up the ranks, opportunities in many different countries

    Cons

Management tends to have a lack of experience but are always trying their best

    Advice to Management

Help new management with proper training and a hands on approach rather than the set up for failure approach

    Pros

The environment is very easy going and the managers are very understanding
Coworkers are nice and are very realistic when it comes to decision making
The people are knowledgable and willing to help if you don't understand or are still learning

    Cons

In comparison to industry standards, the pay is within the 15th percentile.
We're always overloaded. 9 hour days at least. Compensation for extra hours is non-existent/minimal.
Compared to industry, the benefits aren't amazing.

    Advice to Management

    invest in your employees

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Mostly good, knowledgeable people to work with. Decent benefits for a manufacturing company.

    Cons

Lack of communication across different departments. Even though they claim otherwise, management is unwilling to change and adapt to new ideas. Some processes can be simplified to help things get done quicker and more efficiently. Too many unrealistic promises made to customers by management and salesforce.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more engaged with their employees and better understand their needs. Communication needs to be better. Need stronger, transparent leadership that isn't afraid to admit their mistakes (hello ESI-1000, Catwalks).

    Pros

    Great coworkers
    Good benefits
Good salary (competitive, at least for managers)

    Cons

Management just started paying dividends...and then laid off employees. Communication is poor and they are out of touch with the people who do the real work of the company. They are only concerned about shareholders.

    Advice to Management

Layoffs every other year do not project a stable company to shareholders or anyone else. There is a lot of waste that could be cut to reduce expenses, but you need to ask the people that know - non-managerial employees. Go beyond the VPs to get more insight into your company.
