    Pros

Excellent benefits (flexi time, health care, 25 days holiday ,discounts, etc)
Great location and nice environment to work in
    Fair salary and pay
Good investment in staff (training, performance development)

    Cons

    Can be very politcal
Fair share of groaners that are just their for the easy life
Recent budget cuts impacting a number of areas

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and make more of an effort to retain good staff, after all you have invested a lot into their training. Also you know where the areas for improvement are, you just need to act more quickly and get it done!
