    ConsThe office envirionment in Peterborough is a series of old warehouses. Fine inside but they don't look good from the outside

    Pros- No pressure, stress-free environment
    - Location (Covent Garden)
    - Work life balance - 9am to 17.30 pm, most people do not work any extra hours
    - Very achievable personal targets

    Cons- Little understanding of the industry, especially of the online
    - Top down decision making only
    - Slow, process driven, too many layers
    - Politics and speed (lack of it), tends to be really impacting all part of the business

    ConsDisorganised, do not complete projects, tend to move on to new iniatievs quickly, low turnover - no new blood and if new people come in they need to adopt TC way of working any new ideas are dismissed
