    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, and fun environment to work in depending on your team.

    Cons

Vanity (though as a consultant or anyone who faces clients, you are subconsciously judged on your professional attire and how groomed you are, so this is not specific to TW).

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your people and treating them with dignity and integrity.

    Pros

Able to work with smart people, locally and internationally
As long as the work get done it doesn't matter where you do it, quite flexible
Great career opportunity with international exposure as long as you show potential

    Cons

The junior salary is not up to par consider all the overtime involved. If you do not constantly seek out your personal development, you will soon be devoured by the workload and lose what you aim for.

    Advice to Management

Don't set unachievable goal for the business , we all know goals have to be SMART. Take the employee survey results and act on it

    Pros

Everyone expects you to do your job and they pretty much leave you alone, you don't have someone looking over your shoulder or micromanaging. They're striving to become an employer of the future with new open office spaces, more collaboration, flex schedules and telecommuting.

    Cons

An actuarial company at heart, some people lack social skills and can't seem to relate to others. Also a large pay disparity between Consultants and other staff can create a barrier. People can't relate to one another.

    Advice to Management

I think Management tries to do as much as they can, but I don't ever get the feeling of family that I did at my previous company. Everyone is nice enough but it seems like politeness and not genuine caring.

  10. Fairly traditional cubicle, cost-cutting work environment. People are generally career oriented here.

    Pros

Casual attire allowed, most people are career-oriented and pretty bright. Downtown office location is nice and near public transit. The name of TW carries weight so it's a great resume builder.

    Cons

Seems you need to seek out your own responsibilities and growth opps, as the professional development and career guidance provided is minimal, at best. Feels very hierarchical/top down. People seem to be promoted to manager status without training on how to actually manage people. It looks like there is no advancement track for individual contributors besides moving up in management, although I could be mistaken on this (see comment about minimal career guidance).

    Advice to Management

Lead by practicing open, respectful communication and by encouraging input and contribution of employees at all levels.

    Pros

Its an International company and many different areas you can work in.

    Cons

    Very structured, actually too structured.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees.
