    Small company but definitely improving

Marketing (Current Employee) Chicago, IL (US)

ProsBeing a small company, the payment is less than you'd find at a big organization, but the flexible hours, opportunity to take ownership of projects, and awesome environment in downtown Chicago make up for it.

ConsLower pay than a big company might offer, but it's not terrible.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    fine

Outside Sales Representative (Former Employee) San Francisco, CA (US)

Proscompetitive compensation packages but at the end of the day you just don't feel like you've done anything that matters.

Consmanagement seems unorganized at times. Lack of vision for the company's future. Unclear performance metrics to meet compensation structure. so

Advice to Senior ManagementReconsider the direction of the company to better target your college segment. Develop a cohesive vision for the company. Communicate that vision to employees.
