    I have been working at University of Miami

    Pros

    I work with a very passionate staff that understands how their contribution assist with providing a more improved patient experience. At UHealth Connect, the leadership is the best that I have ever worked for. They are open to new ideas, and they encourage and support your professional development. The work life balance is great, and the staff really makes coming to work a treat. The group overall just brings out the best in you.

    Cons

    Communication and documentation of procedures could be better, but we are working towards perfecting this
