    Pros

    Verizon offers multinational projects with enterprise class customers in different verticals. There is a lot expertise and great colleagues. Verizon offers training and great benefits.

    Cons

    Moving forward within company and getting promotions needs a lot of work. You have to work independently and often overtime. Sometimes sales targets are really hard to reach.

    Service Delivery - just really hard to plough through the red tape.
    Really difficult to do business with

    Sort out Service Delivery - makes the sales team look stupid when the company doesn't deliver on our promises.

    Flexible working, good pay. Not a great deal of pros to say about the company.

    Cons

    Arrogant and idiotic management. Too American centric which does not fit every culture in the world. Lack of customer care or service delivery. Not suitable for professionals who have opinions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of all dead wood managers and bring in fresh blood. Listen to front line people, overhaul the delivery organisation. let local team decide what works in their environment instead of pushing service portfolio from the US.
    Provide transparent career progression path for employees and stop the bullying culture

    Pros

    Nice building to work in, good cafes and facilities. Decent benefits such as good pay, pension and gym downstairs.

    Cons

    Poor leadership which leads to insecurity within teams and therefore leads to those trying to get ahead at the detriment of others. The pay is not worth the blood, sweat and tears.

    Actually live the Verizon values especially integrity.

    Pros

    No work nothing. Good work location. I am just typing as it asked me to. Otherwise it will not let me submit.

    Cons

    The worst place for a women employee to work for. a place where women gets harassed and no one dares to question them. even the manager and hr will remain silent.

    None. It really is that bad.

    Cons

    The work life balance made me unwell. And when I got unwell and tried to discuss the challenges of workload, I wasn't listened to. I went sick for two weeks at doctors orders and they stopped my pay. After faithful service for 7 years and not a single day off sick, this is how they treat you. You are disposable. Not valued.

    A culture of honour, respect, trust and innovation has to be more than the plaque you place in your foyer.

    It is centrally situated and has great people who work there. Benefits include working in a big corporate which is great for CV

    Hardly ever progress people from with-in the company. Recognising talent and promoting it is not the usual practice. the benefit packages are sub standard,

    Great scope for learning all ICT technologies.

    Cons

    When hybrid solutions are sold they cannot deliver as poor integration of acquisitions to meet the clients unified network, hosting and cloud needs. Like working with multiple companies trying to deliver one solution

    Find the right management as they constantly change them. BAD REDUCTION IN FORCE MENTALITY.
