Cons – Internal organization within comapny is not orderly.

Pros – when the compny was going through good times, growth times, it was very fun. in the 2004-2007 period it went the other way around, but then reverted back into a great place to work.

Cons – now under mgmt change again. outcome to be seen.

Pros – You have a big discount on your cell phone bill. If you are a tech, there are a bunch of opportunities to study. It's a hands on training job.

Cons – They treat you as you are worthless. You are only notice when things go wrong. When everything runs fine, you're just there consuming their profit.
There is no organization at all on this company. Anyone do things his own way, there are no procedures, no rules, everything is urgent, there is no planing at all.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't promote people just because they polish your apples. Plan and let people know what you want, give then a direction, don't let them run without a north.
