    Prosdefinately a good company to work for. people are nice, if you have a good manager who is willing to look after you, your career can surely look good.

    Conshowever sometimes you may have a manager who is not that good in terms of look after you, then you should think twice before you take the job.

    Great experience working in firm on brokerage side of the house

    ProsGood corporate culture. although you can get overlooked as a low producer. emphasis on higher income producers. these producers would get higher percentage payouts.

    Conssold to wells fargo. did not allow for a share holder vote. in the quarterly report before the firm was stating they would go bankrupt, wachovia stated the firm was in a strong financial position.

    Prosduring merger with wells fargo this was a terrific javascript only development position with little supervision and large latitude to complete tasks

    Consslow development turn around with software engineers and odd paper thin cloth octagon cubicles so you could hear every nose scratch or click of people next to you
